Anksioznost i depresija kod osoba sa onkološkim oboljenjima i bez njih tokom ranog perioda pandemije kovida 19

Sažetak
Uvod/Cilj Bolest kovid 19, koja se pretvorila u važan javnozdravstveni problem, negativno je uticala na pojedince ne samo fizički već i psihički. Cilj ove studije je da ispita anksioznost i depresiju bolesnika obolelih od raka u poređenju sa osobama sa hroničnim oboljenjima bez raka i zdravim osobama tokom perioda pandemije kovida 19. Metode Ova studija preseka sprovedena je tokom perioda pandemije kovida 19 od 8. maja do 25. juna 2020. godine na 1107 ispitanika u Turskoj. Prosečna starost učesnika u studiji bila je 36,41 ± 12,80 godina. Uzorak se sastojao od tri grupe: grupa bolesnika sa onkološkim bolestima (n = 262), kontrolna grupa bolesnika sa drugim hroničnim bolestima (n = 250) i zdrava kontrolna grupa (n = 595). Podaci su prikupljeni pomoću Obrasca deskriptivnih karakteristika i Bolničke skale za procenu anksioznosti i depresije. Rezultati Utvrđeno je da su skorovi anksioznosti i depresije viši kod bolesnika sa onkološkim bolestima u poređenju sa druge dve grupe. Prisustvo onkološke bolesti je bilo značajan prediktor viših skorova anksioznosti i depresije, i objašnjavalo je 13% varijanse skorova anksioznosti i 17% varijanse skorova depresije. Bolesnici sa drugim hroničnim bolestima i zdravi ispitanici imali su srednje vrednosti anksioznosti i depresije na graničnom nivou. Zaključak Dobijeni nalazi ukazuju na to da stope simptoma depresije i anksioznosti kod bolesnika sa onkološkim bolestima mogu biti veće u poređenju sa bolesnicima sa drugim hroničnim bolestima i zdravim osobama. Na stope anksioznosti i depresije u poslednje dve grupe takođe treba obratiti pažnju tokom pandemije. Ova studija može imati važne praktične implikacije u smislu potrebe za psihološkim skriningom.
