Primena inovativnog koncepta "mindfulness" u organizacionoj i akademskoj praksi

Sažetak
U radu je dat prikaz značaja, osnovnih determinanti, ali i najbolje svetske prakse u domenu primene inovativnog koncepta "Mindfulness" (Promišljenosti) sa ciljem unapređenja ukupnih performansi zaposlenih i to na primeru jedne od liderskih osiguravajućih kompanija u Evropi, kompanije "If P&C Insurance", ali i na primeru tehnološkog giganta, kompanije "Google". Navedeni primeri su obrađeni u prvacu argumentacije rastućeg značaja i šire primene navedenog koncepta u pravcu razvoja potencijala zaposlenih kroz razvoj emocionalne inteligencije, kognitivnih sposobnosti, ali i kroz redukciju stresa. Osnovni cilj je da se ukaže menadžmentu kompanija, ali i drugim autorima i istraživačima na značaj ovog koncepta koji daje sve pozitivnije rezultate u pravcu unapređenja ukupnih performansi zaposlenih a samim tim i ukupnih performansi organizacija u pravcu dostizanja održive konkurentne prednosti.
