Toraksna električna bioimpedancija u nadgledanju bolesnika sa kardiovaskularnim oboljenjima

Sažetak

Toraksna električna bioimpedancija je nov neinvazivan metod za određivanje hemodinamskih parametara kod ispitanika. Tehnika izvođenja podrazumeva propuštanje naizmenične struje male amplitude i visoke frekvencije kroz grudni koš putem dva para elektroda. Struja indukuje stvaranje otpora u grudnom košu, koji elektrode registruju. Ukupna impedancija toraksa je mera električnog otpora toraksa ovoj visokofrekventnoj struji male jačine. U kliničkoj praksitoraksna električna bioimpedancija je našla primenu u dijagnostičke, terapijske i prognostičke svrhe kod osoba s insuficijencijom rada srca, odnosno hipertenzijom, kod osoba s ugrađenim pejsmejkerom, radi ranog otkrivanja odbacivanja implanta posle transplantacije srca, kao i kod bolesnika s oboljenjima bubrega pre i posle dijalize. Međutim, jedna od najznačajnijih uloga je u izboru antihipertenzivne terapije, budući da se primenom ovog metoda dobijaju parametri koji učestvuju u nastanku povišenog arterijskog krvnog pritiska, a njihovim poznavanjem možemo odrediti optimalno lečenje prilagođeno hemodinamskom statusu bolesnika.
