Sažetak
Upotreba kompjuterskih programa i protokola u urgentnoj medicinskoj pomoći temelj je unificirane i standardizovane dijagnostike i terapije bolesti stanja i povreda kojima se bavi hitna medicinska pomoć. Protokol je i osnova statističke obrade podataka, kojoj je krajnji cilj poboljšanje kvalitete rada urgentne medicine. Vreme kada budu unificirani i standardizovani dijagnostički i terapijski protokoli ušli u opštu upotrebu u službe hitne medicinske pomoći u Srbiji označit će i početak približavanja naše medicine savremenoj urgentnoj medicini razvijenih zemalja.
Abstract
The use of the software and protocols in emergency medicine is the base of a unified and standardized diagnostics and therapy of the diseases, conditions and injuries which are the concerns of emergency medicine. Protocols are also the base for the scientific elaboration of statistical data. The ultimate objective of this elaboration is to improve the quality of the emergency medical practice. The introduction of unified and standardized diagnostic and therapeutic protocols into the daily routine of emergency medical units throughout Serbia will initiate the approach of our medicine to the modern emergency medicine of developed countries.
