Sažetak

Upravljanje tehničkim sistemima u rudarstvu i energetici, zasnovano na riziku generiše potencijale ukupne efikasnosti i efektivnosti. Pitanje racionalnih analitičkih i metodoloških pristupa u upravljanju rizicima postaje sve aktuelnije. Potencijali destrukcija u rudarstvu i energetici su realnost a njihovo ispoljavanje je često. Produkti takvih stanja su velike destrukcije različitih nivoa i obima, koje uzrokuju velike finansijske štete. Pozitivne promene su moguće sistemskim i integrativnim pristupom u upravljanju rizikom, uz primenu savremenih, standardizovanih metoda, modela i razvojnih sistema. U praksi je moguća i često se susreće njihova kombinacija. U radu se prezentira sistemska metoda FMECA za identifikaciju, analizu vrsta, posledica i kritičnosti otkaza (Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis). Primena ove metode u upravljanju rizicima se odnosi na inicijalnu fazu definisanja predviđanja svih mogućih rizika, proračunom RPN faktora rizika prioriteta. Pojedine rizike je moguće grupisati prema vrsti grešaka koji nastaju njihovom realizacijom. Za efikasnu analizu rizika i sprovođenje mera minimiziranja, potreban je kompetentan tim. Bez obzira o kojim rizicima je riječ, FMECA metoda može pouzdano proceniti mogućnost njihove realizacije uz zadovoljavajući stepen fleksibilnosti, adaptibilnosti i kompatibilnosti. U radu je dat deo iskustvenog praktikuma za konkretan primer implementacije u proizvodnoj praksi rudarstva i energetike. Cilj rada je iniciranje potrebe za promenama postojećeg stanja sa ekspozicijom savremenih pristupa u analizi rizika kao i potencijalima generisanih benefita.
