Ispitivanje odnosa između transformacionog stila liderstva i organizacionog identiteta članova fakulteta državnih univerziteta provincije Zapadni Azerbejdžan, Iran

Sažetak

Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je istraživanje odnosa između transformacionog stila liderstva i organizacionog identiteta članova fakulteta na državnim univerzitetima provincije Zapadni Azerbajdžan, Iran. Ovo istraživanje je deskriptivna i korelaciona studija. Statistička populacija istraživanja obuhvatila je sve članove fakulteta na ovim univerzitetima čiji je broj bio 765 u vrieme istraživanja. Koristeći Morganovu tabelu i stratifikovanu metodu slučajnog uzorkovanja, izabrano je 256 osoba kao statistički uzorak istraživanja. Distribuirano je 300 upitnika, od kojih je 283 vraćeno, a finalna analiza podataka je sprovedena za 283 ispitanika koristeći softvere "SPSS" i "LISREL". Standardni višefaktorski liderski upitnik (VLU) i Čenejev upitnik o organizacionom identitetu (Cheney, 1982) korišćeni su za prikupljanje podataka o transformacionom liderstvu i organizacionom identitetu, respektivno. Pouzdanost upitnika je izračunata kao 0.96 i 0.85, respektivno, koristeći Kronbah alfa koeficijent. Hipoteze i pretpostavljene veze između varijabli u predloženom teorijskom modelu istraživane su korišćenjem regresione analize i modela strukturne jednačine. Rezultati dobijeni ovim istraživanjem pokazali su da postoji pozitivna i značajna veza između stila transformacionog liderstva i njegovih varijabli i organizacionog identiteta članova fakulteta na državnim univerzitetima provincije Zapadni Azerbaijan, Iran (p <0.01, r= 0.26). Pored toga, statistički rezultati dobijeni ovim istraživanjem ukazali su na pozitivan i direktan efekat transformacionog liderskog stila na organizacioni identitet članova fakulteta. Rezultati su takođe pokazali da je među različitim komponentama transformacionog liderskog stila intelektualna stimulacija imala najjači efekat na organizacioni identitet članova fakulteta.
