Vrednovanje rada nastavnika u visokoškolskim institucijama Srbije

Sažetak

Evaluacija nastavnikovog rada je na udaru kritike i nastavnika i studenata. Opšti je utisak da vrednovanje rada nastavnika na fakultetima nije dobro. Cilj istraživanja je bio da na osnovu odgovora na pitanja iz konstruisanog upitnika za potrebe ovog istraživanja, otkrijemo kvalitet procedure vrednovanja rada nastavnika na fakultetima. Pokušali smo da napravimo model koji bi odgovorio na pitanje kada je proces evaluacije na fakultetima dobar a kada ne. Podaci koji su korišćeni za pravljenje modela su prikupljeni anketom preko Google Forms-a, gde je učestvovalo 427 nastavnika sa svih univerziteta u Srbiji. Iz rezultata istraživanja je zaključeno da postvaljeni model može da razlikuje odobravanje i neodobravanje procedura vrednovanja rada na fakultetima. Dobijeni model pomaže jasnom i naučnom objašnjenju evaluacije rada nastavnika. U sledećim istraživanjima potrebno je uvesti varijable koje mogu da utiču na dalje usavršavanje modela.
