Pregled istraživanja o uticaju vežbanja na telesni sastav starijih osoba

Sažetak

Telesni sastav je komponenta zdravlja koja je usko povezana sa vrednostima mišića, masti, vode, kosti, kao i ostalim vitalnim delovima čovečijeg tela. Predmet istraživanja predstavljaju studije publikovane u periodu od 1998 do 2016. godine, fokusirane na uticaj programa vežbanja na telesni sastav starijih osoba, uzrasta 58-70 godina. Ovaj pregled je imao za cilj da identifikuje i sumira telesni sastav starijih osoba, kao i da pojasni da li postoji uticaj programa vežbanja na telesni sastav starijih osoba. Rezultati ove studije potvrđuju brojne zaključke prethodnih studija da vežbanje predstavlja bitan faktor u redukciji telesnog sastava starijih osoba. Urađeni sistematski pregled pokazuje da u poređenju sa pasivnom kontrolnom grupom, grupa koja vežba ostvaruje značajne rezultate u poboljšanju telesnog sastava starijih osoba. Preporuka je da aerobni trening, visoko intenzivni trening, trening izdržljivosti, trening sa otporom, trening snage, ili kombinacija navedenih tipova treninga predstavljaju siguran način za redukciju telesnog sastava starijih osoba Međutim, pojedina neslaganja svakako mogu biti pripisana karakteristikama uzorka ispitanika, a pored toga, dobijeni rezultati mogu varirati u zavisnosti od trajanja i vrste aktivnosti.
