O značaju menadžerskih i organizacionih varijabli u kvantitativnoj proceni rizika

Sažetak

Uobičajeni postupci za kvantitativnu procenu rizika (KRA) uključuju procenu frekvencije izdanja i srodnih početnih uzroka; oni su u funkciji nekoliko parametara kao što su stope komponente neuspeha, verovatnoće ljudske greške, oštećenja opreme i upravljačkih faktora. Dostupnost opštih vrednosti za takve parametre iz literature pojednostavljuje rad analitičara rizika, ali dati standardizovani rezultatii, nažalost ne dozvoljavaju uzimanje u obzir specifičnost ove fabrike. Specifičnost osnivanja je definisana kroz svoj sistem upravljanja, tako da su menadžerski i organizacioni faktori zanemarilii ili nepravilno ocenjenili analizu rizika za dva identične ustanove, koje karakteriše potpuno različiti sistemi za upravljanje, daje iste rezultate i to se pojavljuje potpuno neprihvatljivo, posebno kada analiza rizika se koristi za odluke osnovanog rizika. Ovaj dokument ima za cilj kvantifikovanje efekata menadžerskih i organizacionih varijabli na frekvenciji suzbijanja gubitaka papirologije, koristei jednostavan i fleksibilan metod koji su razvili Milazzo i koautori u 2010. godini takva metodologija je testirana na novoj studiji slučaja i rezultati procene su potvrđene od obe tačke u pogledu osetljivosti i nesigurnosti. Aplikacija je pokazana u pogledu alkilovanja jedinice rafinerije.
