Sažetak
U radu se izlažu osnovne ideje i rešenja informatizacije obrazovanja, koja su realizovana u vidu Projekta ogleda u Osnovnoj školi "Ivo Andrić" u Beogradu. Rad je nastao kao izvod iz Elaborata u kome su detaljno obrađena projektna rešenja informatizacije obrazovanja. Nakon pilot faze, u ovoj školskoj godini je otpočela realizacija Ogleda informatičkog obrazovanja kao obaveznog predmeta od prvog do osmog razreda osnovne škole. Cilj studije o informatizaciji obrazovanja je da istakne neka njena relevantna pitanja, kao i da ukaže na moguće puteve nalaženja rešenja u našim uslovima. Razmatra se uticaj informatičke tehnologije na informatizaciju obrazovanja. Zatim se, na originalan način, rangiraju, klasifikuju stepeni, nivoi informatizacije obrazovanja i analizuju najznačajnije odrednice za svaki nivo. Takođe, u toj studiji se daju, pored ocene stanja i prikaz nekih rešenja koja je autor realizovao tokom višegodišnjih istraživanja predmetne problematike. Evropa i svet ulaze u fazu informatičkog društva, odnosno društva znanja koje se gradi na razvoju i primeni informatičke tehnologije. Prepoznajući tu temeljnu potrebu, autor te studije je ponudio njenom sadržinom osnovu za strategiju informatizacije obrazovanja. Ova osnova Strategija je zamišljena kao sastavni deo celokupne strategije Republike Srbije.
Abstract
This work presents principal ideas and solutions for introducing the informatics concept into education, which were realized within the project experiment in Primary school "Ivo Andrić" in Belgrade. This work is an excerpt from the Elaborate which treats the project solutions of into finest details. After a pilot phase, the experiment of introducing a compulsory informatics education from the first to the eighth grade of primary school has started in this academic year. The aim of this study is to underline some relevant questions regarding informatics in education, and to show the possible ways out in our conditions. The influence of informatics technology on information of education has been discussed. In addition, the study offers original ways of ranking, and classifying the levels of introducing informatics into education, as well as the analysis of principal determinations for each level. Besides evaluation and judgments of the present situation, the paper presents several solutions realized by the author during many years of his research work in this field. Europe and the World have entered the phase of informatics society, which is a society of knowledge based on the assistance and development of informatics technology. Understanding this basic urge, the author of the study has offered the grounds for a strategy of achieving informatics education. This basic Strategy is viewed as a constituent element of the general strategy of Republic of Serbia.
