Karakteristike ambicioznih preduzetnika u Jugoistočnoj Evropi - koncept očekivanja visokog rasta poduhvata

Sažetak

Cilj ovog istraživanja jeste determinisanje faktora od uticaja na razvoj aspiracija prema rastu preduzetničkog poduhvata, kako bi se utvrdile karakteristike ove grupe preduzetnika na teritoriji Jugoistočne Evrope. Za potrebe ovog istraživanja korišćena je baza podataka Global Entrepreneurship Monitor-a. Istraživački uzorak čini šest zemalja Jugoistočne Evrope: Slovenija, Hrvatska, Mađarska, Rumunija, Bosna i Hercegovina, BJR Makedonija. Broj ispitanika na teritoriji ovih šest zemalja iznosio je 12.027 pojedinaca, od kojih 231 preduzetnik sa aspiracijama ka visokom rastu preduzetničkih poduhvata, zasnovano na broju zaposlenih. Analiza podataka vršena je uz pomoć statističkog alata SPSS, a sama priroda posmatranih varijabli uslovila je korišćenje logističke regresije. Rezultati istraživanja ukazali su na pozitivan uticaj preduzetničkih znanja, veština i sposobnosti; motivacije; inovacije i internacionalizacije poslovanja na preduzetnikova očekivanja u pravcu visokog rasta preduzetničkog poduhvata kada je u pitanju broj zaposlenih u posmatranom periodu od narednih pet godina.
