Sažetak

Neke od osnovnih odlika procesa globalizacije jesu upoznavanje sa drugim kulturama, širenje vidika i primena različitih organizacionih šablona i metoda u organizacijama. Istočna - japanska kultura organizovanja bazira se na primeni Kaizena već više od pet decenija. U radu se sagledavaju osnovni principi na kojima se zasniva Kaizen, načini na koje se pristupa rešavanju problema i inovacijama, uz poseban osvrt na rukovođenje i raspodelu odgovornosti prilikom ostvarivanja rezultata, a sve sa ciljem razmatranja efekata uvođenja Kaizena u organizaciju i njegovih prednosti ili nedostataka u odnosu na krajnji rezultat celokupne organizacije i pojedinačnih projektnih timova.
