Otvorene inovacije u malim i srednjim preduzećima

Sažetak

Predmet istraživanja ovog rada je takozvani model otvorenih inovacija i njegov značaj za razvoj malih i srednjih preduzeća (u daljem tekstu MSP). Značaj modela otvorenih inovacija za razvoj MSP, kao i identifikovanje najznačajnijih prepreka koje stoje na putu šire primene ovog modela u MSP predstavljaju cilj ovog istraživačkog rada. U istraživanju su korišćeni brojni metodi, kao što su: indukcija i dedukcija, analiza i sinteza, kao i metod deskripcije. MSP predstavljaju pokretač ekonomskog razvoja države, jer zapošljavaju najveći deo radno sposobnog stanovništva, značajno utiču na formiranje bruto domaćeg proizvoda, rešavaju problem nezaposlenosti,podižu životni standard i ojačavaju međunarodnu konkurentsku poziciju zemlje kroz izvozne poslove. Omogućujući proces intenzivne razmene znanja, sredstava i tehnologije između pojedinih ekonomskih aktera, koncept otvorenih inovacija je doprineo unapređenju inovativnosti sektora MSP kao ključnog pokretača rasta njihove konkurentnosti u ekonomiji znanja. Inovacije su moćno sredstvo za nova MSP da uspešno uđu na tržište i promene postojeće stanje, omogućavajući istovremeno i postojećim preduzećima da unapređenjem inovativnosti održe ili poboljšaju svoj položaj na tržištu.
