Analiza korišćenja interneta za prikupljanje zdravstvenih informacija kod pacijenata u primarnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti

Sažetak

Cilj. Istraživanje je imalo za cilj da se utvrdi učestalost korišćenja interneta za traženje zdravstvenih informacija, ispita povezanost sociodemografskih i zdravstvenih faktora sa traženjem zdravstvenih informacija na internetu i procjeni učestalost razgovora sa ljekarom o onlajn zdravstvenim informacijama. Metode. Istraživanje je kao studija presjeka obavljeno u JZU Dom zdravlja Krupa na Uni od 1. 10. 2017. do 1. 07. 2018. godine. Uzorak je činilo 180 slučajno izabranih pacijenata, 78 muškaraca (43,3%) i 102 žene (56,7%) prosječne starosti 49±7,8 godina. Instrument istraživanja bio je upitnik kreiran za potrebe istraživanja. Obrada podataka vršena je standardnim statističkim metodama. Rezultati. Najveći broj pacijenata u primarnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti traži zdravstvene informacije na internetu (p=0,038). Osim statistički značajno manjeg traženja zdravstvenih informacija na internetu ispitanika starosti 65 i više godina (p=0,012), istraživanje nije pronašlo drugu statistički značajnu povezanost sociodemografskih i zdravstvenih faktora s traženjem onlajn zdravstvenih informacija (p>0,05). Samo Mali broj ispitanika pokazuje spremnost za otvoren razgovor sa ljekarom (p=0,041). Zaključak. Doktori porodične medicine moraju da budu svjesni promjena koje sa sobom donosi sve češće traženje zdravstvenih informacija na internetu. Otvoren razgovor s pacijentom o zdravstvenim informacijama s interneta i upućivanje na legitimne i pouzdane onlajn resurse prestavlja put ka kvalitetnoj, efikasnoj i ekonomičnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti.
