Prevalencija i komorbiditet astme, alergijskog rinitisa i ekcema kod školske dece u Republici Srpskoj - studija preseka

Sažetak

Uvod/Cilj Učestalost komorbiditeta astme i alergijskog rinitisa bila je povod za izmenu smernica u terapiji astme i alergijskog rinitisa. Svetska zdravstvena organizacija i Grupa za alergijski rinitis i njegov uticaj na astmu predlažu novi dijagnostički i terapijski koncept - 'jedan disajni put, jedna bolest'. Naime, prisustvo alergijskog rinitisa kod dece sa astmom značajno doprinosi lošoj kontroli astme, dok terapija alergijskog rinitisa kod dece sa astmom ima pozitivan efekat na poboljšanje stepena težine simptoma. Cilj ove studije bio je odrediti prevalenciju alergijskih oboljenja kod dece u Republici Srpskoj, kao i da li su alergijski rinitis i ekcem češći kod dece sa astmom. Metode Istraživanje je sprovedeno u obliku studije preseka putem ISAAC upitnika i obuhvatalo je 3.000 dece uzrasta od 6 do 15 godina iz 13 osnovnih škola na teritoriji Republike Srpske. U konačnu obradu podataka uključeno je 1.975 upitnika koji su pravilno popunjeni. Rezultati Prevalencija vizinga u poslednjih 12 meseci bila je 7,9%, alergijskog rinitisa 12,7% i ekcema 5%. Dijagnozu astme postavljenu od strane lekara imalo je 3,5% dece, dijagnozu alergijskog rinitisa 19,2% i dijagnozu ekcema 14,5% dece. Zaključak Deca sa astmom imala su statistički značajno veću učestalost drugih alergijskih oboljenja u odnosu na opštu populaciju. Takođe, deca sa umereno blagom astmom imala su statistički značajno veći rizik da budu bez postavljene dijagnoze astme od strane lekara. Nedijagnostikovana astma u komorbiditetu sa drugim alergijskim oboljenjima dovodi do loše kontrole astme kod dece.
