Izolacija i karakterizacija sporogenih termofilnih bakterija iz stajnjaka, kao osnov za proizvodnju komposta

Sažetak
U ovom radu predstavljeni su rezultati izolacije i identifikacije termofilnih bakterija iz stajnjaka. Ukupan broj sporogenih bakterija u stajnjaku iznosio je 2.1x107g-1. Identifikacijom izolata je ustanovljeno prisustvo bakterija Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus pumulus i Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. Ovi bakterijski sojevi, zahvaljujući svojoj enzimskoj aktivnosti, mogu uticati na ubrzanje procesa razgradnje organske materije u stajnjaku i tako doprineti proizvodnji kvalitetnog komposta.
