Uticaj determinanti poverenja na poslovne odnose

Sažetak

Naučnici tvrde da sukobi u saradnji, pa čak i konkurencija mogu postojati u poslovnim partnerskim odnosima. Zbog čega nastaju sukobi između poslovnih partnera? Logičan odgovor su stalne promene u polju politike, ekonomije, propisima, društvenim normama i tehnološkim sistemima. Takođe se može desiti da u novoj poslovnoj mreži kompanija mora da sarađuje sa svojim bivšim konkurentom. U dinamičnoj perspektivi, poverenje utiče na zadovoljstvo. Zadovoljstvo i konflikti se uvek spoznaju od strane poslovnih partnera. Različite kulture ocenjuju poslovni odnos na različite načine, stoga imaju različita mišljenja o tome kako započeti ili razviti poslovne odnose. Cilj ovog rada je istraživanje složenih efekata poverenja na sagledano zadovoljstvo, i percipiran konflikt među organizacijama u postojećim poslovnim odnosima. U ovom istraživanju utvrđeno je da poverenje utiče na zadovoljstvo (pozitivno) a konflikt (negativno). Zbog nedostatka široko prihvaćene definicije poverenja u biznisu, i šta ga određuje, ovo kvantitativno istraživanje može doneti nove zaključke istraživačima ali može podržati i ranije modele. U ovom empirijskom radu primenjene su kvantitativne metode istraživanja na 315 validnih upitnika dobijenih iz organizacija registrovanih u Mađarskoj, nezavisno od veličine i ekonomskog sektora. Validni upitnici analizirani su upotrebom 'SPSS' softvera, koristeći faktorsku analizu i regresiju.
