Učestalost atrijalne fibrilacije u bolesnika sa koronarnom bolešću

Sažetak
Uvod: Atrijalna fibrilacija(AF) je najčešća i najrasprostranjenija dugotrajna srčana aritmija kod odra-slih osoba. Cilj rada je bio da se ispita učestalost AF u ambulantnih bolesnika sa angiografski potvr-đenom koronarnom bolešću. Metodi: Ispitivanjem su obuhvaćena 264 bolesnika (57,5±9,4 godina) sa koronarnom bolešću, 204(77,3%) muškarca i 60(22,7%) žena. Kod svih su obavljeni klinički pregledi, stalna elektrokardi-ografska kontrola, laboratorijska i ehokardiografska dijagnostika i koronarografija. Rezultati: Učestalost AF u bolesnika sa koronarnom bolešću je 9,85%, paroksizmalne AF 4,17%, perzistentne i permanentne 5,68%. Nije postojala značajna razlika u učestalosti lezija jednosudovne (p>0,05), dvosudovne (p>0,05), tro-sudovne bolesti (p>0,05) i bolesti LM (>0,05) između bolesnika sa koronarnom bolešću, sa i bez AF. Bolesnici sa perzistentnom i permanentnom AF i koronarnom bolešću imaju značajno veću učesta-lost stenoza LCX (p<0,05) i RCA (p<0,01) u odnosu na one, bez AF. Nije bilo značajne razlike u učestalosti stenoza proksimalnih segmenata LCX (p>0,05) i RCA (p>0,05) između bolesnika sa koronarnom bolešću, sa i bez AF. Zaključak: Trosudovna koronarna bolest, niska ejekciona frakcija leve komore i sekundarna ishemij-ska bolest srca, praćena srčanom insuficijencijom, su glavni faktori koji doprinose razvoju AF u stabilnoj koronarnoj bolesti.
