Kognitivne i personološke determinante indikatora kreativnosti kod studenata

Sažetak

Problem ovog rada odnosi se na pitanje koje kognitivne karakteristike i osobine ličnosti odlikuju osobe s izraženim kreativnim dispozicijama. Cilj istraživanja bio je da se ispita prediktivna moć različitih kognitivnih i personoloških varijabli, kada su u pitanju dva indikatora kreativnosti - divergentno mišljenje i kreativno ponašanje kod studenata. Uzorak u istraživanju činili su studenti Filozofskog i Prirodno-matematičkog fakulteta Univerziteta u Novom Sadu (N = 181). Prosečna starost iznosila je 20,09 godina (SD = 2.19). Od ukupnog broja ispitanika 87,3% bilo je ženskog, a 12,7% muškog pola. Multipla regresiona analiza, F (10, 170) = 4.57, p < .001, pokazala je da su se kao značajni prediktori divergentnog mišljenja izdvojili visoka fonemska fluentnost, slabiji kapacitet radne memorije, izražena otvorenost ka iskustvu i niska prijatnost. U drugoj regresionoj analizi, F (10, 170) = 6.49, p < .001, kao značajni prediktori kreativnog ponašanja izdvojili su se veća brzina vizuelne pretrage i procesiranja, te visoka otvorenost, a marginalno značajna i niska prijatnost. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su da kognitivne karakteristike i osobine ličnosti predstavljaju važne determinante ne samo divergentne produkcije nego i kreativnog ponašanja. Dobijeni rezultati interpretirani su sa ciljem efektivnijeg prepoznavanja kreativnih pojedinaca u nastavnom kontekstu, te podsticanja njihovih potencijala.
