Uticaj strategije upravljanja ljudskim resursima na funkciju procesa ljudskih resursa u malim i srednjim poduzećima (MSP)

Sažetak
Strategija upravljanja ljudskim resursima trenutno se smatra jednim od najvažnijih elemenata korporativne strategije, uglavnom zato što je njen glavni cilj rad sa ljudima kao najvažnijim kapitalom svake organizacije. Bez ljudi organizacija nije u stanju da ispuni svoje ciljeve. Dobro pripremljena strategija ljudskih resursa i akcioni plan za njeno sprovođenje, omogućava organizaciji da efikasno planira i upravlja pojedinim procesima kako bi podržala svoje ciljeve i fleksibilno reagovala na bilo kakve promene. Rad se bavi istraživanjem upravljanja malim i srednjim preduzećima u Češkoj i fokusiran je na upotrebu strategije upravljanja ljudskim resursima u upravljanju MSP-ima i procenu značaja procesa upravljanja ljudskim resursma. Podaci su prikupljeni korišćenjem upitnika i intervjua u 290 preduzeća koja posluju u Češkoj Republici. Istraživanje je sprovedeno tokom 2016. Na osnovu dobijenih rezultata, može se zaključiti da hažalost, strategiju upravljanja ljudskim resursima ima svega 2/5 malih i srednjih preduzeća u Češkoj. Na osnovu statističkih analiza, autori su dokazali slabu povezanost između strategije i funkcije ljudskih resursa.
