Uloga i značaj dobavljača u upravljanju lancem snabdevanja

Sažetak

Sa povećanjem broja stanovnika povećavaju se i zahtevi za materijalnim dobrima, koji generišu sve veće tokove u lancu snabdevanja. Kada se tome doda trend urbanizacije koji je postao naša svakodnevnica problem postaje još kompleksniji. Svet je globalizovan i u velikoj meri zavisi od efikasnog lanca snabdevanja, pa logistika i dobavljači u takvim uslovima dobijaju sve više na značaju, a samim tim se povećava i njihov uticaj na celokupan lanac snabdevanja. Proizvodne kompanije su veoma zavisne od svojih dobavljača, jer zahvaljujući stalnim promenama kojima je tržište izloženo i na kojem se postavljaju sve strožiji zahtevi svakako je izazov održati konkurentsku poziciju. To je moguće postići ukoliko se ostvari adekvatna proizvodnja koja podrazumeva što nižu cenu proizvoda, što veći kvalitet, veliku tačnost isporuke krajnjim korisnicima, pouzdanost, odgovor na specifične zahteve koji postavljaju korisnici tj. fleksibilnost, kao i saradnja koja se ostvaruje kako sa kupcima, tako i sa dobavljačima. Efikasnim izvršavanjem aktivnosti vezanih za ovaj sistem, koje uključuju i optimalan izbor dobavljača, znatno se utiče na formiranje same cene gotovog proizvoda, kao i njegovog kvaliteta, koji u velikoj meri diktira položaj na tržištu. Pravilan izbor dobavljača u startu obezbeđuje mogućnost za pravovremenu, kontinuiranu i kvalitetnu proizvodnju, kojom se postižu prethodno opisane prednosti i kojom data proizvodnja postaje konkurentna.
