Sažetak
Efekti mera postavljanja usporivača na teritoriji Grada Novog Sada su analizirani merenjem brzine pojedinačnih vozila na osnovu kojih je utvrđena srednja vremenska brzina saobraćajnog toka na lokacijama usporivača. Osim lokacija na kojima postoje usporivači, izvršeno je i merenje brzina u zonama škola i obdaništa i u ulicama u kojima nisu postavljena nikakva sredstva usporavanja saobraćaja. Efekti primene usporivača su analizirani u zavisnosti od nekoliko parametara, kao što su: postojanje razdelnog ostrva na lokaciji, prisustvo uličnog parkiranja, blizina pešačkog prelaza, a izmerene brzine su analizirane i u zavisnosti od definisanog režima dozvoljenih brzina na mikrolokaciji. U okviru analize brzina kretanja vozila razmatran je i uticaj tipa izvedbe i tipa usporivača na smanjenje brzine.
Abstract
The effects of traffic calming measures were analysed by measuring the speed of individual vehicles at the street network in City of Novi Sad. The mean speed of the traffic flow was determined at locations of traffic calming devices, as well as the 15, 50 and 85 percentiles as the relevant indicators of the measured speed values. In addition to the locations where there are the traffic calming devices, speed measurement was done in school and kindergarten zones and in the streets where there are no installed devices. The effects of the traffic calming measures are analysed depending on several parameters, such as: the presence of traffic island and street parking, the proximity of the pedestrian crossing etc. Also, the measured speeds were analysed depending on the defined regime of the allowed speeds at the micro location. Within the analysis, the effect of the type of traffic calming device was also considered.
