Sažetak

Ovaj rad prezentuje novi postupak biometrijske identifikacije novorođenih beba u porodilištima koji je zasnovan na minucijama otiska prsta. Informacioni sistem koji je realizovan kombinuje sve današnje programske jezike kao što su: Java, Pajton u objektno-orijetisanom programiranju, C programski jezik za programiranje uređaja kao struktirni (linijski) i SQL sistem za upravljanje relacionim bazama podataka za čuvanje. Pored toga, koristi se RSA asinhroni šifarski algoritam i ključevi za čuvanje šifrovanih vrednosti minucija otiska prsta. Informacioni sistem implementira urađaj za biometrijsku identifikaciju roditeljstva kao dualni biometrijski skener koji daje podatke o otisku prsta majke i bebe pri samom momentu rođenja, što otklanja opasnost od zamene novorođenčeta. Generišući jedinstvene ID reference i šifrujući te podatke sa cancelable biometrijom. razvili smo jedan potpuno novi sistem i postupak zasnovan na minucijama otiska prsta.
