Sažetak

Hrapavost obrađene površine je jedan od najvažnijih parametara koji određuju funkcionalne osobine i kvalitet obrađenih delova. Iz tog razloga, cilj ovog rada je ispitati uticaj parametara rezanja na hrapavost obrađene površine pri glodanju biokompatibilne legure titanijuma Ti6Al4V. Pored toga, izvršena je i optimizacija parametara rezanja sa ciljem postizanja što manje hrapavosti obrađene površine. Za pronalaženje optimalnih vrijednosti i analizu uticaja parametara rezanja na hrapavost obrađene površine korištena je Taguči metoda. Posmatrani parametri rezanja u ovom radu su brzina rezanja, pomak i dubina rezanja. Sprovedena analiza je pokazala da prilikom glodanja biokompatibilne legure titanijuma Ti6Al4V na hrapavost obrađene površine najviše uticaja ima brzina rezanja. Nakon izvršene analize uticaja i optimizacije parametara, određena je i linearna zavisnost između posmatranih parametara rezanja i hrapavosti obrađene površine.
