Činioci motivacije pripadnika Vojske Srbije

Sažetak
Motivacija za rad ključna je za uspeh savremenih organizacija. Činioci koji utiču na motivaciju za rad su različiti, hijerarhija im je promenljiva i zavisi od društvenoekonomskih uslova, ali i od određenih karakteristika zaposlenih. Istraživanje stavova o uticaju činilaca na motivaciju za rad realizovano je anonimnim anketiranjem prigodnog uzorka od 1.929 profesionalnih pripadnika Vojske Srbije, i to 393 tokom 2010. godine, 135 u 2018. godini i 1.401 u 2020. godini. Upitnik razvijen za istraživanje 2010. godine imao je skalu sa 18, a 2018. i 2020. godine sa 16 pitanja o činiocima motivacije, a skale su imale visok nivo interne konzistentnosti. Primenom jednofaktorske analize varijanse (ANOVA), testova naknadnih poređenja i t-testa utvrđene su statistički značajne razlike u uticaju motivacionih činilaca na motivaciju različitih poduzoraka ispitanika u istraživanju 2010. godine. Veličina uticaja raste sa nivoom usavršavanja - veća je za lica koja su zadovoljnija platom, kao i oficire u odnosu na podoficire i civilna lica. U odnosu na rezultate iz 2010. godine, u 2018. i 2020. Godini uočen je rast značaja visine plate i pad značaja zanimljivog posla.
