Sažetak
Cilj istraživanja u ovom radu je ispitivanje smera i intenziteta uticaja liderstva u školama i odnosa LMX na nastavni proces, kao i na lični i etički razvoj učenika. Istraživanje je sprovedeno putem upitnika, a ispitanici su bili nastavnici u osnovnim školama u Srbiji. Prikupljeno je 406 upitnika. Prosečne ocene vođstva, LMX odnosa, nastavnog procesa i razvoja učenika su visoke. Transformaciono vođstvo je izraženije od transakcionog. Sve dimenzije liderstva, kao i svi aspekti LMX odnosa, imaju statistički značajan i pozitivan uticaj na nastavni proces, kao i na etički i lični razvoj učenika. Najjači uticaj vođstva i odnosa LMX na dimenzije nastavnog procesa javlja se za one dimenzije koje uključuju aktivnosti izvan učionice, dok najslabiji uticaj na dimenzije nastavnog procesa postoji za one dimenzije direktno povezane sa nastavnim aktivnostima tokom vremena. Direktori škola bi trebali biti više zainteresovani za rad pojedinih nastavnika i pružiti im odgovarajuće povratne informacije. Generalno, direktori škola bi trebali kontinuirano da rade na poboljšanju liderstva i LMX odnosa.
