Performanse pritisnutog filma magnetnog fluida između zakrivljene porozne kružne ploče i ravne kružne ploče i efekat površinske hrapavosti

Sažetak
Rad je usmeren ka analizi ponašanja pritisnutog filma između zakrivljene grube porozne kružne ploče i ravne grube porozne kružne ploče u prisustvu magnetnog podmazivača. Debljina zakrivljenog filma je opisana funkcijom sečice. Uzeto je u obzir da je spoljašnje magnetno polje usmereno prema donjoj ploči. Pretpostavljaju se da su poprečne grube površine ležajeva. Nasumična hrapavost površina ležaja okarakterisana je stohastičkom slučajnom promenljivom sa nenultnom srednjom vrednošću, varijansom i nagibom.Odgovarajuća Rejnoldsova jednačina koja određuje pritisak filma je uzeta kao prosečna u odnosu na slučajan parametar hrapavosti. Odgovarajuća bezdimenzionalna parcijalna diferencijalna jednačina je rešena sa graničnim uslovima u bezdimenzionalnom obliku da bi se dobila distribucija pritiska, što zauzvrat vodi do računanja nosivosti. Dobijeni rezultati pokazuju da se performanse ležajnog sistema značajno poboljšavaju u poređenju sa ležajnim sistemom koji radi sa uobičajenim podmazivačem pošto magnetizacija povećava efekte viskoznosti podmazivača. Rezultati generalno pokazuju da ležaj trpi zbog poprečne hrapavosti površine. Ovo, verovatno, može biti zbog činjenice da poprečna hrapavost površine pruža otpor kretanju podmazivača. Efekat varijance (negativne) je značajan pogotovo u slučaju negativnog nagiba kako se nosivost opterećenja naglo povećava.Kombinacija efekta poroznosti i standardne devijacije je relativno nepovoljna u smislu da se već smanjena nosivost usled poroznosti dalje još smanjuje zbog standardne devijacije. Međutim, ovo istraživanje predlaže neke načine za ublažavanje ovih loših efekata.
