Nasilno ponašanje na višem osnovnoškolskom uzrastu - uloga pola i osobina ličnosti

Sažetak

U fokusu ovog rada je ispitivanje uloge osobina ličnosti i pola u nasilnoj interakciji na višem osonovnoškolskom uzrastu. Cilj istraživanja bio je utvrđivanje doprinosa osobina ličnosti i pola različitim aspektima nasilne interakcije: sklonosti i izloženosti vršnjačkom nasilju. Uzorak su činila 344 učenika V-VIII razreda, pri čemu je veći broj devojčica (60,8%). Instrumenti koji su korišćeni u istraživanju su upitnik namenjen proceni nasilnog ponašanja dece osnovnoškolskog uzrasta (PRONA) i inventar Velikih pet plus dva (VP+2 - verzija za decu) namenjen proceni sedam bazičnih dimenzija ličnosti kod dece osnovnoškolskog uzrasta. Rezultati multivarijatne analize kovarijanse upućuju na to da su dečaci skloniji i izloženiji nasilnom ponašanju od devojčica, kao i na to da pojedine osobine ličnosti doprinose manifestaciji ovih konstrukata. Izloženost nasilju determinisana je niskom Ekstraverzijom, kao i povišenim Neuroticizmom i Negativnom valencom. Sklonosti nasilnom ponašanju najviše doprinose povišena Agresivnost i Negativna valenca, kao i snižena Pozitivna valenca. Najefikasniji način prevencije nasilništva na višem osnovnoškolskom uzrastu jeste formiranje preventivnih programa sa detektovanjem specifičnih vulnerabilnih grupa učenika, i usklađivanje tih programa sa personalnim karakteristikama učenika.
