Ispitivanje mogućnosti smanjenja udela najsitnijih čestica u postupku proizvodnje peletirane hrane za svinje

Sažetak
U savremenom uzgoju hrana za svinje se retko koristi u praškastom obliku već se uglavnom peletira pri čemu dolazi do nastajanja velike količine sitnih čestica za koje je utvrđeno da imaju negativno dejstvo na probavni sistem svinja. Cilj ovog istraživanja je bio da se utvrdi kombinacija parametara mlevenja i peletiranja koja će u što većoj meri umanjiti udeo najsitnijih čestica. Tri različite granulacije kukuruznog mliva su peletirane u kombinaciji sa tri debljine matrice pelet prese (24, 30 i 36 mm) i tri sadržaja vode materijala (14,5%, 16,0% i 17,5%). Pri tome je određivana specifična potrošnja energije pelet prese, stepen otiranja peleta (kvalitet) i udeo frakcije najsitnijh čestica (< 0,125 mm). Utvrđeno je da peletiranje uzrokuje veliki intenzitet usitnjavanja čestica bez obzira na primenjene parametre, ali i da određene kombinacije parametara mogu doprineti značajnijem smanjenju sadržaja najsitnijih čestica. U cilju dobijanja najmanje moguće količine sitnih čestica potrebno je koristiti što tanju matricu, ali pri tome treba imati u vidu da smanjenje debljine matrice negativno utiče na kvalitet peleta. Sadržaj vode materijala koji se vodi na peletiranje nije zanačajno uticao na sadržaj sitnih čestica u peletama i imao je vrlo slab uticaj na kvalitet peleta. Intenzitet mlevenja nije značajno uticao na kvalitet peleta i potrošnju energije pelet prese, dok je uticaj ovog parametra na količinu sitnih čestica u peletama bio znatno slabiji od očekivanog. To ukazuje da se u postupku proizvodnje peletirane hrane za svinje može primeniti znatno krupnije mlevenje od uobičajenog što će dovesti do značajnih energetskih ušteda u fazi mlevenja.
