Sažetak
Cilj rada je bio da se ispitaju i ustanove efekti biljnih droga belog luka, crnog bibera i ljute crvene paprike u ishrani brojlerskih pilića na kvalitet trupa. Ukupno 1200 jednodnevnih pilića linijskog hibrida Hubbard je nasumično raspoređeno u osam tretmana, sa četiri ponavljanja. Pilići su tokom eksperimentalnog perioda hranjeni starter, grover i finišer smešama: T1 (Kontrola), T2 (Beli luk 0,5 g/100g), T3 (Beli luk 1,0 g/100g), T4 (Crni biber 0,5 g/100g), T5 (Crni biber 1,0 g/100g), T6 (Ljuta crvena paprika 0,5 g/100g), T7 (Ljuta crvena paprika 1,0 g/100g) i T8 (Mešavina biljnih droga u odnosu 1:1:1 u ukupnoj količini 0,5 g/100g). Dodatak biljnih droga u hranu je značajno (p<0,05) uticao na kvalitet trupa pilića. Najveća ostvarena telesna masa pilića je zabeležena u tretmanu T6 (2460,6 g), a potom u tretmanu T7 (2442,4 g) sa statistički značajnim razlikama (p<0,05) u poređenju sa ostalim tretmanima. Najveći udeo delova trupa od najveće ekonomske važnosti kao što su batak sa karabatakom je zabeležen kod pilića na tretmanima T7 (530,7 g), T6 (525,2 g), T2 (520,2 g) i T8 (497,1 g), sa statistički značajnim razlikama (p<0,05) u poređenju sa tretmanima T4, T5 i T1 (438,5 g, 448,7 g i 461,1 g). Međutim, kada se pogleda udeo važnijih delova trupa u masi trupa spremnim za roštilj, statistički značajne razlike u udelu mesa grudi i bataka sa karabatacima nisu zabeleženi (p>0,05), dok su statistički značajne razlike zabeležene (p<0,05) u pogledu udela krilaca i leđa pilića. Na kraju se može zaključiti da je dodatak belog luka, crnog bibera i ljute crvene paprike u hranu ispoljio pozitivan uticaj na kvalitet trupa pilića.
