Sprečavanje incidenata između NATO i Rusije i mere za izgradnju poverenja

Sažetak

Nakon završetka Hladnog rata, NATO je proširio mehanizme i načine delovanja u različitim delovima sveta. Proširivanje NATO i dolazak na same granice Rusije posmatra se kao direktna pretnja po njenu bezbednost. Bliski vojni susreti i incidenti između Rusije i NATO su sve češći i predstavljaju bezbednosni rizik i pretnju po mir u svetu. Radi povećanja bezbednosti vojnih aktivnosti, neophodno je preduzeti mere kojima bi se pomoglo u upravljanju rizicima i povećao nivo bezbednosti u regionu Baltika i Crnog mora. Savet NATO-Rusija može imati značajnu ulogu u tom procesu.
