Pravna regulativa i korišćenje elektronske trgovine u Republici Srbiji

Sažetak
Predmet ovog rada je ispitivanje u kojoj meri i na koji način pravna regulativa utiče na nivo korišćenja elektronske trgovine u Republici Srbiji. Osnovni cilj ovog rada je utvrditi uticaj pravne regulative preko bezbednosti i privatnosti na nivo korisćenja elektronske trgovine kao i uočavanje područja koja je neophodno unaprediti i poboljšati radi povećanja korišćenja elektronske trgovine u Republici Srbiji. Autori nastoje da ukažu na značaj daljeg istraživanja oblasti elektronske trgovine radi pospešivanja stvaranja adekvatne pravne regulative pre svega za ugovore zaključene elektronskim putem, pri čemu očekivani rezultati treba da doprinesu ne samo razvoju elektronske trgovine i usklađivanju regulatornog okvira sa zemljama Evropske unije, već i drugim naučnim disciplinama koje se direktno ili indirektno bave ovom materijom. U radu je za potrebe sređivanja i grupisanja podataka korišćena i statistička metoda. Svi prikupljeni podaci su obrađeni u statističkom softveru 'SPSS'. Istraživanje pokazuje da postoji pozitivan statistički pozitivan uticaj pravne regulative na stavove o bezbednosti i privatnosti korišćenja elektronske trgovine, kao i pozitivan statistički značajan uticaj privatnosti na intezitet korišćenja elektronske trgovine.
