Depresija - uporedni pogled psihoanalize i analitičke psihologije

Sažetak

Psihoanaliza i analitička psihologija su dve velike škole psihoterapije, istovremeno i srodne i različite. U literaturi nedostaju radovi koji uporedno razmatraju ova dva pristupa. Nastojimo da dopunimo ovaj nedostatak razmatranjem odnosa ove dve škole prema depresiji. Sagledaćemo pristup depresiji: teoriju depresije, suicida, terapijske preporuke i istraživanja efikasnosti, u obe škole. Ključna razlika u ova dva pristupa je opšti stav prema depresiji: psihoanalitički gledano depresija je pretežno patološka, dok je analitički gledano depresija efekt zdravog pokreta organizma, sa salutogenom svrhom. Prva škola je usmerena na događaje iz prošlosti, a druga na neostvarene potencijale. Psihoanalitička škola obraća punu pažnju na rani razvoj, a analitička na kolektivne figure ljudske psihe. Obe škole koriste odnos terapeut-pacijent, transfer i kontratransfer, analitičnost, verbalizaciju i interpretacije. Analitičari više naginju kontratransferu, sadržajima nesvesnog, neverbalnim izrazima. Obe škole značajno doprinose tretmanu depresije visoko personalizovanim pristupom svakom klijentu, i mogućnostima tretmana u slučajevima nepostojanja medikamentozne terapije. Zaključujemo da psihoanaliza i analitička psihologija imaju zasebne i drugačije pristupe depresiji i suicidu, po ključnim i ostalim tačkama. Ipak, nalazimo da je mogućnost razmene iskustava između ove dve škole moguća i poželjna za razvoj struke i dobrobit klijenata. Primere ove razmene navodimo i upućujemo na korisnost dalje razmene znanja između škola dubinske psihoterapije.
