Optimizacija ultrazvučne ekstrakcije polifenolnih jedinjenja iz semena korijandera metodom odzivne površine

Sažetak

Ultrazvučnom ekstrakcijom dobijeni su ekstrakti semena korijandera sa visokim sadržajem biološki aktivnih jedinjenja. Kako bi se optimizovao proces ekstrakcije, upotrebljena je metoda odzivne površine (RSM) u cilju dobijanja ekstrakata sa maksimalnim sadržajem ukupnih fenolnih (TP) i flavonoidnih (TF) jedinjenja, kao i maksimalnom antioksidativnom aktivnošću (IC50 i EC50). Nezavisne promenjive u ovom slučaju bile su temperatura (40-80oC), vreme trajanja ekstrakcije (40-80 min) i snaga ultrazvuka (96-216 W). Dobijeni eksperimentalni rezultati su fitovani polinomnim modelom drugog reda sa višestrukom regresijom, a analiza varijansi (ANOVA) je primenjena radi procene modela i dobijanja optimalnih uslova za maksimalan prinos TP (79,60oC, 49,20 min, 96,69 W), TF (79,40oC, 43,60 min, 216,00 W), IC50 (80,00oC, 60,40 min, 216,00 W) i EC50 (78,40oC, 68,60 min, 214,80 W). Predviđene maksimalne vrednosti pri optimalnim uslovima za TP, TF, IC50 i EC50 bile su: 382,68 mg GAE/100 g CS, 216 mg CE/100 g CS, 0,03764 mg/ml i 0,1425 mg/ml.
