Comparative analysis of takaful and traditional investments

Abstract

This age, we often called the age of knowledge or knowledge economy, in which investing in human capital means investing in knowledge. Knowledge and human resources are the basis of any society, because that every responsible state should build a quality education system, regardless of the representation of public or private institution [16, p. 205]. Countries that more invest in in education system are, on average, economically developed and have higher growth rates [27, p.3]. Higher educationally staff are educated on higher education institutions, which, and because it importance is more attached to the quality of teaching staff and human resources in higher education sector. The aim of this paper is to present the importance of HRM activities grouped in to the AMO model, in order to demonstrate the importance of engaging, developing and retaining quality teaching staff who will be able with adequate motivation and opportunity to use all their capacities, so that the results of their education work will be high-quality higher educated staff, that will contribute to the economic development of socio-economic community.
