Prediktori samoprocenjenog zdravstvenog stanja stanovnika na političko-bezbednosno ugroženoj teritoriji

Sažetak

Samoprocenjeno zdravstveno stanje je generalno prihvaćeno od istraživača kao pouzdan pokazatelj zdravstvenog stanja. Ciljevi ovog rada bili su da se utvrdi kako stanovnici severnog dela Kosovske Mitrovice procenjuju svoje zdravlje i da se utvrdi koje su promenljive povezane sa samoprocenjenim zdravstvenim stanjem. Istraživanje je urađeno kao studija preseka na reprezentativnom uzorku odraslih stanovnika severnog dela Kosovske Mitrovice. Obuhvaćeno je 318 ispitanika. Kao instrument istraživanja korišćen je upitnik koji se koristio u ispitivanju zdravlja stanovnika Republike Srbije prilagođen lokalnim uslovima. Nezavisne promenljive određene su faktorskom analizom. Za utvrđivanje povezanosti rađena je višestruka linearna regresija. Više od polovine ispitanika (54,7%) svoje zdravlje je procenilo kao veoma dobro ili dobro. Samoprocenjeno zdravstveno stanje povezano je sa polom, problemima sa raspoloženjem, infarktom miokarda, hroničnim bronhitisom, psihičkim i nervnim poremećajima, reumatološkim oboljenjima zglobova, povišenim šećerom u krvi, korišćenjem usluga privatnog ginekologa i plaćanjem za dijagnostičke usluge. Loše i veoma loše samoprocenjeno zdravstveno stanje povezano je sa ženskim polom, problemima sa raspoloženjem, infarktom miokarda, hroničnim bronhitisom, psihičkim i nervnim poremećajima, reumatološkim oboljenjem zglobova, povišenim šećerom u krvi. Sa druge strane, korišćenje usluga privatnog ginekologa i plaćanje za dijagnostičke usluge povezano je sa dobrim i veoma dobrim samoprocenjenim zdravstvenim stanjem.
