Stilovi učenja kao faktor postignuća

Sažetak

U radu se polazi od stava da ne postoji takav način učenja koji je jednako efikasan za sve učenike, te da najbolje rezultate daje primena različitih stilova učenja kojima se zadovoljavaju raznovrsne potrebe različitih učenika. Posle detaljnog obuhvatnog pregleda određenja stilova učenja, autor nas upoznaje sa sistematizacijom tipologija stilova učenja koje su u istraživanjima najčešće korišćene, odnosno sa perceptualnim modalitetom načinom obrade podataka i osobinama ličnosti kao kriterijumima klasifikovanja stilova učenja. U radu je, uz to, predstavljen Model kognitivnih profila Luiz Kraus kao primer tipologije stilova učenja koji sadrži ključne elemente i drugih tipologija, što ga čini reprezentativnim modelom stilova učenja uopšte. Posebna pažnja je posvećena ukazivanju na praktičnu primenljivost razmatranog psihološkog problema.
