Sažetak

Uvod/Cilj Cilj rada je analiza informatičke pismenosti ispitivanih studenata preko poznavanja svakog od šest osnovnih modula i dva standardna modula Evropske računarske diplome (ECDL), kao i utvrđivanje predloga mera za unapređenje informatičke pismenosti studenata. Cilj istraživanja je bio da se proceni efekat terapije stabilizacionim okluzalnim splintom u kontroli bolnih simptoma TMD u poređenju sa efektom terapije lekovima. Metode Studija preseka sprovedena je u toku školske 2015/2016. godine na Medicinskom fakultetu Univerziteta u Nišu i njome su obuhvaćena 292 studenta prve godine integrisanih akademskih studija medicine, stomatologije i farmacije. Delovi upitnika koji su se odnosili na samoprocenu, kao i na proveru znanja iz informatike, prema uzoru na ECDL, sastojali su se od pitanja iz šest tematskih celina - modula. Rezultati Ispitivano je 88 mladića (30,1%) i 204 devojke (69,9%). Računar koriste najčešće prilikom upotrebe interneta (69,5%), zatim u svrhu zabave (24,3%), a najređe za upotrebu nekih od programa za obradu podataka (6,2%). Među studentima različitih studijskih grupa postoji značajna razlika u poznavanju rada svih šest ispitivanih modula i to u korist studenata medicine (p < 0,001). Studenti muškog pola imaju veći stepen informatičke pismenosti u odnosu na studente ženskog pola (OR = 0,38, 95% Cl 0,20-0,73). Studenti koji su završili gimnaziju pokazuju bolju informatičku pismenost u odnosu na studente koji su završili srednju medicinsku školu (OR = 0,34; 95% Cl 0,18-0,66). Stručna sprema roditelja, kao i mesečna primanja nisu pokazali da imaju uticaja na informatičku pismenost studenata. Zaključak Osnovna informatička pismenost studenata nije na zadovoljavajućem nivou. Neophodno je modifikovati nastavni plan iz Informatike prema evropskim standardima, uz uvođenje predmeta na svim studijskim grupama.
