Rodne razlike u stavovima prema preduzetništvu u Srbiji među studentima ekonomije

Sažetak

Osnovni cilj ove studije je da istraži rodnu razliku u stavovima prema preduzetništvu među mladima. Preduzetnički stavovi su povezani sa namerama o samozapošljavanju, sa ličnom percepcijom prepreka u društvu kao i poslovnog okruženja. Upitnik kojim su prikupljeni podaci prilagođen je cilju istraživanja, specifičnostima našeg preduzetničkog obrazovanja i ekonomskom ambijentu u Srbiji. Prikupljeni su podaci 333 studenta ekonomskih smerova Akademije strukovnih studija Južna Srbija. Za proveru polaznih hipoteza u ovom istraživanju korišćen je deskriptivnoanalitički metod, kako bi se opisali, vrednovali i interpretirali prikupljeni podaci, a u okviru njega neparametarski test ch2. Frekvencije u odgovorima između polova su slične na pitanja koja obuhvataju poznavanje ambijentalnih prilika, dok je visok raspon u odgovorima na pitanja koja su vezana za lične preferencije, tj. preduzetničke namere. Razumevanje razlika između studenata i studentkinja može bitno olakšati studentkinjama da postignu svoj preduzetnički potencijal, razviju karijerne preference i promovišu žensko preduzetništvo. Novi zaključci mogu NAM pomoći u regulisanje manjih diskrepanci u preduzetničkoj edukaciji u ovoj oblasti.
