Odnos između razmene informacija i fleksibilnosti upravljanju preduzećem u automobilskoj industriji - empirijska analiza

Sažetak
Ovaj rad se fokusira na odnose između fleksibilnosti lanca snabdevanja i razmene informacija među partnerima, sa naglaskom na njihovu menadžment praksu. S obzirom da se konkurencija danas povećava, preduzeća pridaju veći značaj upravljanju lancem snabdevanja. Rad prikazuje složeno pitanje fleksibilnosti i razmene informacija u slovačkoj automobilskoj industriji i njihovu međuzavisnost. Glavni cilj ove studije je identifikacija povezanosti između razmene informacija i fleksibilnosti lanaca snabdevanja u automobilskoj industriji. Dobijeni rezultati daju trenutnu sliku o tome kako se rukovodi menadžmentom lanca snabdevanja u najznačajnijoj industriji u Slovačkoj. Rezultati pokazuju da postoji značajna zavisnost između tipova informacija koje se dele i različitih tipova fleksibilnosti.
