The development of television stations through the implementation of innovation and creativity in modern social and media terms

Abstract

Television stations are indispensable creators thought, but also they are conductors and various information material to the segment of the public that are important for any serious organization. The development of media and communication technologies leads to new methods and innovate. They lead to innovations and creating new ways and solutions that will simplify and improve their reality and take them to the desired step. This paper shows the importance of innovation in the TV stations and through the results of the research conducted on the territory of Serbia shows how and in what time period it comes to innovation. Author of this paper will show how inovation works to encourage and motivate employees to exhibit their creative skills. Also, it will be seen how much companies invests in the development, personnel and resources, what they are commonly used and is there cooperation between television companies and institutions of higher education. This paper will show how it achieves, and all with implementations of innovation that leads to the development of television companies.
