Efekti primene treninga snage kod dece

Sažetak

U prošlosti su mnogi stručnjaci (treneri, nastavnici i lekari), kao i roditelji strahovali od vežbanja snage u radu sa decom. Smatrali su da ovakav način vežbanja može poremetiti normalan razvoj koštanog sistema i zaustaviti rast. Međutim, rezultati novijih istraživanja ne govore u prilog toj predrasudi i ne opravdavaju pomenuti strah. Zato je izvršen pregled literature s ciljem da se utvrde efekti treninga snage na organizam dece. Prikupljanje literaturnih podataka izvršeno je pomoću internet pretraživača (google scholar, kobson, pubmed) u dostupnim časopisima. Rezultati i zaključci do kojih su došli autori studija pokazuju da je vežbanje sa opterećenjem bezbedno za decu ukoliko je prilagođeno uzrastu, a pažljivo isplaniran program vežbanja sa opterećenjem obezbediće čvrste temelje za kasnije vrhunske rezultate u sportskim aktivnostima. Kako bi se sprečilo povređivanje i ubrzao razvoj veština, autori studija predlažu učešće dece u specifičnim programima za jačanje mišića i kostiju. Tokom primene programa za povećanje mišićne snage mora se voditi računa o tehnički pravilnom izvođenju vežbi i ne sme se raditi sa velikim težinama. Program vežbanja snage namenjen odraslima, koji je usmeren na podizanje velikih težina radi postizanja rezultata na takmičenjima, nije odgovarajući za decu jer je njihov organizam fiziološki nezreo za nagli rast mišićne mase i definisanje muskulature. Intenzitet i obim treninga potrebno je prilagoditi uzrastu deteta, stepenu utreniranosti i njegovim fizičkim predispozicijama.
