Značaj opservacije beba u edukaciji psihoterapeuta

Sažetak

Zahvaljujući postojanju novih tehnologija i ingenioznosti istraživača u dizajniranju eksperimenata, mi danas znamo o prvoj godini života više nego o bilo kom periodu života ljudskog bića. Razvojna psihologija i neuronauke se bave detaljnim istraživanjem interakcija izmedju majki i beba, a analiza podataka dobijenih ekperimentalnim opservacijama se fokusira na ulogu i međusobni uticaj i jednog i drugog učesnika u ovoj interakciji. Snimljeni filmovi se podvrgavaju mikroanalizi na nivou milisekunde i to na nivou više dimenzija interakcije, iz ugla i majke i bebe. Naturalistička opservacija beba u njihovom prirodnom okruženju, je davno prihvaćena metoda istraživanja, ali i edukacije svih profesija koje se bave decom, a naročito edukacije psihoanalitičkih psihoterapeuta i psihoanalitičara. Pored teorijskih predavanja i seminara, kliničkog rada, supervizije i lične psihoterapije smatra se da je opservacija beba jedinstvena u smislu treninga budućeg psihoterapeuta u razumevanju neverbalne komunikacije i povećanja kapaciteta da se podnesu intenzivne emocije i razumeju primitivna stanja uma. Naglasak je na iskustvenom učenju kroz koju se teorija "oživi" i učini razumljivom ne samo na intelektualnom vec i na emocionalnom nivou. Iskustvo opservacije beba takođe doprinosi ličnom razvoju jer omogućava opserveru da stekne veštinu ne samo opservacije i pamćenja detalja već i prepoznavanja sopstvenih predrasuda i pretpostavki koje vrlo često utiču na to da se vidi ono što se očekuje a ne ono što se stvarno da videti. Ovaj rad se fokusira na značaj naturalističke opservacije beba za sticanje sposobnosti i veština koje bi trebalo da budu neophodne za poziv psihoterapeuta, pre svega dece ali i odraslih.
