Determinante nerazumevanja između učenika i nastavnika

Sažetak

Međuljudski odnosi u školi, posebno odnosi učenika i nastavnika, veoma su interesantan, ali i dalje nedovoljno istražen problem, koji bi trebalo da je u stalnom fokusu naučnih istraživanja teorije i prakse vaspitanja i obrazovanja. U radu, čiji je osnovni cilj bio da otkrijemo elemente koji determinišu nerazumevanje između učenika i nastavnika, predstavljen je deo rezultata šireg proučavanja o kompleksnoj dinamici međuljudskih odnosa u školi. Baterijom instrumenata za učenike (N=3161) i baterijom instrumenata za njihove nastavnike (N=157) prikupljani su podaci o elementima koji mogu da determinišu nerazumevanje između nastavnika i učenika, a koji se odnose na metodičko oblikovanje nastave, razrednu disciplinu i afektivno/emocionalne aspekte odnosa učenika i nastavnika. Primenom T-testa za uparene uzorke i jednostruke analize varijanse (ANOVA) utvrdili smo statistički značajne razlike u odgovorima nastavnika i učenika. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da nastavnici i učenici na različite načine opažaju pojedine elemente koji determinišu odnos učenika i nastavnika, a koji se mogu smatrati uzrocima međusobnog nerazumevanja.
