Univerzitetski nastavnici u tranziciji ka održivom razvoju - jedan koncept i brojna pitanja

Sažetak

Ideje o odgovornosti univerzitetskog obrazovanja i nastavnika u tranziciji društva ka održivosti kao idealu utkanom u okvir za budućnost 'posle 2015' služe i kao vodilje u koncipiranju strategija za integrisanje održivosti u univerzitet, sa direktnim implikacijama na pristup nastavi. Slika o osvešćenim i aktivnim građanima budućnosti projektuje se i na ovom platnu - na zahteve za refleksivnim i inovativnim nastavnicima. Istovremeno, kako govore istraživanja i praksa, ovi zahtevi inspirišu i zbunjuju. Između vlastitog poimanja održivosti i pojačanih zahteva za reformulisanjem odnosa među svim akterima i elementima u nastavi, nastavnici su suočeni sa brojnim pitanjima koja se u većini slučajeva svode na kako, ali još uvek neretko i na pitanja šta, pa i zašto. U radu su predstavljeni aktuelni trendovi i strategije primene koncepta održivosti na univerzitetu. Analiziraju se relevantna literatura i rezultati istraživanja, uključujući i empirijske nalaze autora, na uzorku nastavnika Univerziteta u Beogradu. Među rezultatima istraživanja, preduzetog sa ciljem da se sagledaju lične definicije održivog razvoja koje su dali univerzitetski nastavnici, izdvaja se povezanost između zastupljenosti sadržaja i principa održivog razvoja u inicijalnom obrazovanju nastavnika i integracije ovih pitanja u predmete koje oni danas kreiraju. Takođe se uočava relacija između oskudnog iskustva nastavnika po pitanju obrazovanja za održivi razvoj i uskosti određenja ovog koncepta. Rezultati ovog i drugih navođenih istraživanja jasno upućuju na potrebu da se kreira i sprovede program profesionalnog usavršavanja nastavnika Univerziteta u Beogradu za primenu koncepta održivog razvoja.
