Analize postupne regresije i glavnih komponenti za kvantitativne osobine genotipova uljane repice kod različitih datuma setve

Sažetak

Ovo istraživanje je sprovedeno radi ocenjivanja najboljih selekcionih kriterijuma za poboljšanje prinosa kod uljane repice (Brassica napus L.) pomoću postupne regresije i analize glavnih komponenti kod različitih datuma setve. Sve osobine osim mase 1.000 zrna su bile značajno uslovljene datumima setve. Rezultati analize postupne regresije pokazali su da semena po mahuni imaju važnu ulogu kod prvog i drugog datuma setve, ali da su kod trećeg i četvrtog datuma, mahune po biljci i dani do cvetanja važniji od drugih komponenti prinosa za model za predviđanje prinosa semena. Na osnovu kumulativnog procenta varijacije, tri glavne komponente (engl. principal components - PCs) određene su za svaki datum setve. Kumulativni procenti varijacije za tri glavne komponente kod prvog do četvrtog datuma setve bili su 0,97, 0,96, 0,89 odnosno 0,95. Kod prvog datuma setve, prva glavna komponenta (PC1) imala je visoko pozitivne i negativne vrednosti za proučavane osobine kao što su dani do cvetanja, dani do kraja cvetanja, trajanje cvetanja, mahune po biljci i žetveni indeks. Dakle, postojala je visoka varijacija ovih osobina među genotipovima. PC2 prvog datuma setve je takođe imala visoka opterećenja PC za mahune na glavnoj grani, semena po mahuni, masu 1.000 semena, biološkim i prinosima semena, stoga će korelacija ovih osobina sa ovom glavnom komponentom biti visoka. Kod PC3 prvog dana setve, visina, mahune na glavnoj grani i mahune po biljci imale su visoku vrednost opterećenja PC. Na osnovu analize postupne regresije, semena po mahuni kod prvog i drugog datuma setve i dani do cvetanja kao i mahune po biljci kod trećeg i četvrtog datuma setve imali su važnu ulogu u poboljšanju prinosa semena.
