Sažetak

Tehnologija i ekonomija se po svojoj prirodi stalno menjaju, usled čega dolazi do određenog pritiska na obrazovne ustanove, da menjaju svoju strukturu i funkcionalne karakteristike. Paralelno sa globalnim razvojem, naročito u zadnjih četvrt veka, dolazi do promena vezanih za prezentovanje obrazovnih programa, obrazovnih tehnologija, procesa učenja i predavanja, kao i uloga koje u obrazovnom procesu zauzimaju nastavnici i studenti. Škola mora da stvara efikasniju obrazovnu klimu, koja će u obzir uzimati obrazovne potrebe, koja će generisati znanje, veštine, stavove i razvijati organizacione strategije, koje će osigurati razvoj individua i održivost društvenog života, čime će se pojedinci spremiti za promene. Zbog svega navedenog, rad se bavi problemima otpora promenama u visokom obrazovanju kroz teorijsku analizu problema i sagledava načine prevazilaženja otpora kroz konkretne akcije.
