Sažetak
Uvod/Cilj Cilj ovog istraživanja je utvrđivanje celoživotne i periodične (12 meseci) prevalencije i karakteristika partnerskog nasilja prema ženama čiji se muževi bolnički leče od alkoholne zavisnosti. Metode Studija preseka je sprovedena među ženama čiji se partneri hospitalno leče zbog alkoholne zavisnosti. Izloženost fizičkom i seksualnom nasilju tokom života i prethodnih 12 meseci merena je Skalom za ocenjivanje taktika u konfliktima, a mentalno zdravlje žena je procenjivano Bekovom skalom za depresiju, Bekovim upitnikom za anksioznost, Mini internacionalnim neuropsihijatrijskim intervjuom (MINI) za procenu suicidalnosti i testom za identifikaciju alkoholom uzrokovanih poremećaja (AUDIT). Izloženost nasilju i njegova povezanost sa sociodemografskim faktorima i zdravstvenim stanjem analizirana je metodama deskriptivne i inferencijalne statističke analize, kao i pomoću dva modela logističke regresione analize. Rezultati Celoživotna prevalencija fizičkog nasilja među ženama čiji se muževi leče od alkoholizma bila je 65,4%, dok je izloženost nasilju tokom 12 meseci koji su prethodili istraživanju (periodična prevalencija) iznosila 46,2% za fizičko, 20,2% za seksualno i 18% za oba tipa nasilja. Među ženama nije registrovano rizično konzumiranje alkohola. Nasilje je bilo češće među ženama koje nisu živele u gradovima (OR 2,53, 95% CI 1,08-5,94, u univarijantnom modelu) i među ženama sa umerenom/ teškom depresijom (OR 12,34, 95% CI 2,26-67,33, u multivarijantnom modelu). Zaključak Muškarci zavisni od alkohola su veoma često nasilni prema svojim suprugama, i bolničko lečenje predstavlja mogućnost da se sa njima radi na podizanju svesti o nedopustivosti nasilja prema ženama.
