Agroterorizam kao aktuelni izazov

Sažetak
Poljoprivredna proizvodnja koja zadovoljava potrebe države za sirovinama i proizvodima biljnog i životinjskog porekla garancija je mira i prosperiteta. Stoga poljoprivreda čini kritičnu tačku nacionalne bezbednosti. Suočavanjem javnosti sa realnošću asimetričnog ratovanja i globalnog terorizma, nove mete i ranjiva mesta treba tražiti sa šireg gledišta u odnosu na kritične delove nacionalne infrastrukture. Vojska Srbije u okviru svojih misija takođe ima obaveze vezane za agroterorističke napade. U slučaju agroterorističkih napada iz sastava Vojske Srbije najveća naprezanja bi podnele sanitetska, veterinarska i ABH služba, a ostale službe imale bi ulogu u obezbeđenju logistike za rad ove tri službe. Težište rada vojske u slučaju agroterorističkog napada bilo bi obezbeđenje uslova za sprovođenje propisanih biosigurnosnih mera i otklanjanje posledica napada. U borbi protiv agroterorističkih napada najvažnija je dobra procena i blagovremeno preduzimanje preventivnih i protivepidemijskih mera. Procena obuhvata potencijalne teroriste, agense, medijume i sredstva za rasejavanje agensa, ciljeve i moguće gubitke, kao i potrebne mere i sredstva za odbranu. Na osnovu procene ugroženosti nadležni državni organi propisuju mere prevencije i definišu obaveze svih elemenata sistema u slučaju agroterorističkog napada.
