Sažetak

Promene u razvoju čovečanstva odvijale su se paralelno na dva koloseka. Na jednom koloseku u oblasti, tzv. spoljašnjeg sveta, evidentira se impresivan tehnološki razvoj koji menja životni okvir skoro svakodnevno, ali ipak limitiran u mogućnostima da osvetli sve tajne. Na drugom koloseku, ne tako burno, razvija se dubinska psihologija koja ponekad malim, ali stabilnim koracima pokušava da približi unutrašnji svet i njegove manifestacije. Postoji vidljiva razlika u stepenu napredovanja ove dve oblasti, jer je daleko teže proniknuti sve tajne duše. Iskustva su pokazala da svaka isključivost nije dobra. Složenost čoveka na bio-psiho-socijalnom polju ne dozvoljava bilo oslanjanje na samo jedan pristup, bilo otvoreno negiranje i zanemarivanje drugih iskustava. Edukativni izazovi, kao i uvek, usloviće mnoga naučna pitanja na koja će se odgovoriti kroz više istraživanja; Kada treba psihoterapija da ustupi mesto leku? Kada treba dodati psihoterapijske tehnike postojećem farmakoterapijskom programu? Da li su neki oblici psihoterapije korisniji? Da li je moguće postići bolji uspeh sa nekim oblikom psihoterapije i adekvatnom grupom lekova? Koje su granice koje dostiže kratak integrativni postupak? Koja je ekonomska opravdanost pojedinih modela lečenja.
